We invite every dog who boards with us to come in for at least one trial
visit prior to his stay. Typically during a trial visit your dog will hang
out with us in the kennel for a few hours, become familiar with our routine,
have a playtime outside and meet his caretakers. We want your pet to know
beforehand that this place is a lot of fun. And, when you come back for him,
he will understand that you have not abandoned him.
A trial visit is good for
us, too, because we get to meet your dog and see how he is going to do in a
boarding situation. How he reacts to the kennel environment will have a lot
to do with where we put him during his stay. We'll do as many trial visits
as it takes until you and your dog are comfortable. There's no charge for this.
